Your Full Purchase Value Protection includes:

Electrical surge-related malfunctions from outlet or charging issues

It's important to understand what situations and types of damage are not covered by your ProtectSmart protection plan.
To maintain low costs and high payout integrity for legitimate claims, the following are not covered under any ProtectSmart plan:
Drops, cracks, or broken screens
Water damage, spills, or liquid exposure
Impact damage from falls or drops
Any visible physical damage
ProtectSmart ONLY covers internal component wear and natural degradation - NO external physical damage of any kind.
Lost, stolen, or misplaced devices
Theft from cars, homes, or public spaces
Devices broken due to obvious abuse, tampering, or negligence
Devices damaged as a result of disassembly or unauthorized repair
Repetitive claims for the same device indicating misuse
Scratches, dents, scuffs, or paint wear that do not affect functionality
Cracked bezels or frames where the device still operates normally
Any software bugs, virus damage, or user-installed apps
Corrupt OS not caused by hardware failure
Natural battery degradation over time
Any accessories, add-ons, or non-original components
External monitors, chargers, or docking stations
