Use the store locator to visit your nearest ProtectSmart location.
Receipt, ID (if applicable), device.
Get claim support and real-time feedback from store personnel.
Stay informed throughout the process and choose how you'd like to receive your reimbursement.
You'll receive an email and in-app notification when your claim is:
Your claim has been approved and reimbursement is being processed
Your claim was denied with detailed reason provided
Additional documentation or information is required
